1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using AvatarShot (avatarshot.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have an active Second Life account to use AvatarShot. By registering, you confirm you meet these requirements.

3. Account

  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
  • One account per avatar. Multiple accounts may be suspended.
  • You must not impersonate other users or avatars.

4. Content

  • You retain ownership of content you upload (images, text, portfolios).
  • By uploading, you grant AvatarShot a non-exclusive license to display your content on the platform.
  • You must have the right to share any content you upload (your own screenshots, or with permission from others depicted).
  • NSFW content must be marked as such. Illegal content is strictly prohibited.
  • We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms.

5. Blogger/Brand System

  • Brands are responsible for delivering items to accepted bloggers.
  • Bloggers must complete assignments by the agreed deadline.
  • Ratings must be honest and fair. Manipulation of ratings is prohibited.
  • AvatarShot is not responsible for disputes between brands and bloggers.

6. Advertising

  • Ads must comply with Second Life Terms of Service.
  • Misleading or fraudulent ads will be removed without refund.
  • AvatarShot reserves the right to reject any ad campaign.
  • Ad budgets are non-refundable once impressions/clicks have been delivered.

7. Subscriptions and Payments

  • Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly as selected.
  • Linden Dollar payments are processed at the current exchange rate (approximately L$250 = $1 USD).
  • Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. Access continues until the end of the billing period.
  • No refunds for partial billing periods.

8. Prohibited Conduct

  • Harassment, hate speech, or discrimination
  • Spam, automated posting, or bot activity
  • Attempting to exploit or hack the platform
  • Uploading malware or malicious content
  • Violating intellectual property rights
  • Creating fake engagement (fake likes, follows, comments)

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings.

10. Limitation of Liability

AvatarShot is provided "as is". We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our platform, including but not limited to loss of data, content, or revenue.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Italy. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Italy.
